Yesterday the postwoman, brought me an envelope sent from ... Argentina! Mara sent him, and inside was this beautiful box, inside were 3 thimbles , one with tango image,antother make to Mara in crochet, and one in wood, with the Chile colors. Thank you Mara!!!
Ayer la cartera me trajo una sobre desde...Argentina!!!, Mara me envio una caja preciosa, y en su interior una hermosa caja, en el interior 3 dedales, uno con una imágen dl tango, y otro hecho por Mara a crochet, y otro en madera ,con los colores de Chile. Gracias Mara!!!

Here a special thimble for me,represent a litle frog,over a door, a special door and a skull,but here the skull represent the knowledgw. Students say that if one finds the frog on the facade of the University of Salamanca have good grades and approve everything. This frog is only the "signature" of artist thaty sculpted the skulls of the facade, thus leaving a biblical teaching. The frog symbolizes lust, so first is the study and after (if you approve).... the rest..

Acá un dedal especial para mi,representa una pequeña rana osbre una puerta, una puerta especial y una calavera, pero acá la calavera es el conocimiento. Dicen los estudiantes que si uno encuentra la rana que hay en la fachada de la Universidad tendrá buenas notas y aprobará todo. Esta rana no es más que la “firma” del que esculpió las calaveras de la fachada, dejando así una enseñanza bíblica. La rana simboliza la lujuria, asi que primero los estudios, y luego (si aprobais)....el resto.
